By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, making a payment, or confirming a booking with Trip2Heaven, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or confirm a booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only after Trip2Heaven receives the required advance payment and issues a written confirmation by email, message, invoice, or booking voucher.

Travelers are responsible for checking all booking details, including names, dates, destinations, inclusions, exclusions, pickup points, hotel categories, and package pricing before making payment.

Package prices may vary based on travel dates, hotel availability, transport rates, airline fares, taxes, seasonality, and supplier pricing.

Unless clearly mentioned, prices do not include personal expenses, meals not listed in the itinerary, entrance fees, permits, travel insurance, visa fees, tips, laundry, room service, or any service not included in the package.

Failure to pay the balance amount within the required timeline may lead to cancellation of services without any liability on Trip2Heaven.

Cancellation charges depend on the package, destination, hotel, transport provider, airline, and the date on which the cancellation request is received.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving refunds from hotels, airlines, transport partners, or other suppliers. Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and non-refundable supplier costs may be deducted.

No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, late arrivals, missed transfers, voluntary changes, or early departure during a trip.

Trip2Heaven may adjust the itinerary when required due to weather, traffic, road closures, operational issues, government restrictions, safety concerns, supplier changes, or events beyond our control.

Any additional cost caused by changes requested by the traveler, or by circumstances outside the original itinerary, must be paid by the traveler.

Travelers must carry valid identity documents, passports, visas, permits, tickets, medical certificates, and any other documents required for travel.

Travelers are responsible for following local laws, hotel rules, transport guidelines, airline policies, destination regulations, and instructions shared by Trip2Heaven or its partners.

Trip2Heaven is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect traveler details, invalid documents, denied boarding, immigration refusal, late reporting, or personal negligence.

Travelers should assess their health, fitness, and medical needs before booking any trip, especially adventure, high-altitude, pilgrimage, wildlife, or international travel.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, accidents, and other travel risks.

Trip2Heaven works with hotels, airlines, transport operators, activity providers, guides, visa consultants, and other third-party suppliers.

While we choose partners carefully, the final delivery of third-party services is subject to the policies, availability, and operational control of those suppliers.

Trip2Heaven will not be liable for losses, delays, injuries, cancellations, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused by weather, natural disasters, accidents, strikes, pandemics, government actions, supplier failure, political unrest, traffic, road conditions, or any event beyond reasonable control.

Our liability, where legally applicable, is limited to the amount paid directly to Trip2Heaven for the affected service.

All website content, including text, images, design, logos, package descriptions, and brand elements, belongs to Trip2Heaven or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, or reuse website content for commercial purposes without written permission.
